Installation and Operation

According to different occasions, choose the appropriate matching parts.

1.Fix the four screws at the bottom of nozzle to the wanted position. Put it as close as possible to the power socket. Connect the Safe ion nozzle shell to the ground wire. (The device has a dedicated ground terminal for connection. On the mounting hole of the fixing base).

2.Connect the air input hose, air output hose and power supply, and make sure that the ionizing nozzle is in good direction to the object.

3. An air (water separation) filter must be installed in front of the intake hose.

4. After the power is turned on, the green light is on (power indicator). The red light is off or slightly bright is normal.

Precautions

1. Keep the equipment clean and not subject to water

2. Do not replace parts with different specifications

3. Do not pull the ion discharge needle inside the device

4. If the device red light is very bright, please contact us.

 Specification

The ion balance voltage and static elimination time of the ion air curtain are in compliance with the ESD standard, and the static elimination time is measured from a test voltage of 1000V to 100V.

* Test data is based on the results of the ME268A Electrostatic Tester.

* Test data will vary due to changes in temperature and humidity of the surrounding

Warranty and Service

1.The warranty period is one year. We will repair the products free of charge due to the quality problems caused by the product's own parts, materials and process problems within one year from the date of sale.

2. After the maintenance period

After the maintenance period of the products sold by us, we are still responsible for repairing the labor of the products to protect the our customers’ interest.
